Online Payment
Pay via PayPal, Visa, or Mastercard. The purchase price is deducted from the card on the same day as the order is placed.
Vipps, use your mobile and pay via the Vipps app. Enter your phone number after selecting the payment method. You will then receive a payment notification on the phone which must be approved. Then you have paid.
Order
To complete your order, there are four easy steps to follow at checkout:
My Cart: Make sure that your shopping cart has the right number and the items you need.
Payment: Select the desired payment method.
Remember to check that your address, street number, telephone number, and e-mail are correct before you complete the order. If the e-mail is not correct, you will not receive an order confirmation or pick-up notification by e-mail. This is info that is not possible for us to change after your order has been placed.
For your package to arrive safely and quickly, it is important that your address and name are clearly stated in the mailbox. If not, there is a chance that the package will end up at the nearest post office/post-in-store.
The package will then be returned within 2 weeks if it is not picked up. If you fail to pick up ordered goods, the order will be placed back in the warehouse and according to the terms of sale, we will invoice you for a handling fee of NOK 59.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19 (coronavirus), delivery times have been extended and may take longer than expected.
Our standard delivery takes 2-5 business days. The package is delivered to your mailbox, you will also receive a notification that it has been delivered. If the parcel does not fit in the mailbox, you will receive an SMS or e-mail from the delivery company, bring.no with the message that the parcel can be picked up at the Post Office or Post in Store.
If you fail to pick up ordered goods, the order will be placed back in the warehouse and according to the terms of sale, we will invoice you for a handling fee of NOK 59.
Public Holidays and closed warehouses.
Orders sent on or 1-2 days before public holidays can take a little longer to deliver. So please expect a little longer delivery time if you send your order on the following dates: 25.12.2020, 26.12.2020. 01.01.2021.
Delivery rules and restriction.
Asi Pure Spa can only ship to Norway. The time it takes to deliver your order varies depending on your shipping address. When there are sales or promotions, delivery times can be slightly longer than expected.
Orders are shipped only on business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, except for official holidays in Norway.
Due to logistical problems in delivering to some remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order and to set additional Terms and Conditions for such orders (e.g. require a minimum order value). You will receive a message in case the order is canceled or in case there is a problem completing your order shortly after the problem is detected.
EXCHANGE & RETURN
Conditions for approval of exchange/return.
The main rule is that all returns/exchanges must be saleable as if they were new, unused products.
To return or exchange your item/s, just stick the label with the address and the barcode you received with your order and send it back to us through your nearest post office or post in-store.
Return or exchange your product within 30 days without shipping cost providing they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged. You can just exchange your item for a different size to a maximum of twice per purchase. In case the item you want to exchange is sold out, you always can return it.
We reserve the right not to accept returns/exchanges if for any reason we suspect that the product/s has been used. So, we recommend not using perfumes, makeup when trying, keep the product clean and wrinkles free, and send it back in the original bag, etc.
If you need to exchange or return an item, please CONTACT US, include the order number, purchase name, a contact name/number/email, and the reason for return or exchange, we will try our best to find the best solution. We may ask for pictures of the items.
Uncollected packages
Uncollected packages will be charged NOK 59, so you must pick up your item even if you want to return it.
REFUND
We will gladly refund the amount you paid for your item/s without return shipping cost. You may return items that are unsatisfactory within 30 days, providing they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged. Note that we do not refund the shipping cost you paid when placing your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within 6 to 21 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, you may receive the refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 7 business days), the time to process your return item/s (2 to 7 days), and the time it takes your bank to process our request (2to 7 days)
PRIVACY
Who we share your information with?
We do not share information about customers with third parties and have internal routines in accordance with Norwegian law on how your personal information is processed in a secure manner with us. Only people at asipurespaAsiowner .no and our carefully selected partners have access to the information you provide us. Our partners have all data processor agreements in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

Purchase Terms
1. Delivery time
All orders are sent the day after or the same day of ordering if possible - normally you will have the goods at home within 2-4 working days.
If you order items that we have run out of and we cannot obtain them in a short time, you will be notified by phone or email.
2. Shipping and fees
Always free shipping on orders over NOK 800. Everything is sent directly from Norway without fees and no customs.
3.Payment
We use PayPal as a payment solution. At PayPal Checkout, you can either pay by credit card (VISA and Mastercard) You can also pay with Vipps.
4. Customer info
Information you provide to us will not be passed on; it will only be available to persons associated with the owner. You can request that information about you be deleted at any time.
5. Age limit
If you are a minor, the agreement must be approved by a parent or guardian. The binding purchase agreement can only be entered into with persons over 15 years of age.
Credit purchases can only be made with people over 18 years of age.

Seller reserves the right to make typographical errors, technical errors, price changes, and sold out items. The content of the website is subject to change by the seller without notice.
