Purchase Terms

1. Delivery time

All orders are sent the day after or the same day of ordering if possible - normally you will have the goods at home within 2-4 working days.

If you order items that we have run out of and we cannot obtain them in a short time, you will be notified by phone or email.

2. Shipping and fees

Always free shipping on orders over NOK 800. Everything is sent directly from Norway without fees and no customs.

3.Payment

We use PayPal as a payment solution. At Checkout, you can either pay by credit card (VISA and Mastercard) You can also pay with Vipps.

4. Customer info

Information you provide to us will not be passed on; it will only be available to persons associated with Veleta. You can request that information about you be deleted at any time.

5. Age limit

If you are a minor, the agreement must be approved by a parent or guardian. Binding purchase agreement can only be entered into with persons over 15 years of age.

Credit purchases can only be made with people over 18 years of age.

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.

Seller reserves the right to make typographical errors, technical errors, price changes and sold out items. The content of the website is subject to change by the seller without notice.
